UNITED STATES COURT OF APPEALS FOR THE FOURTH CIRCUIT
decided: October 25, 1995.
YOLANDA SHEREE CHAPMAN, PLAINTIFF - APPELLANT,
WESTERN TIDEWATER REGIONAL JAIL; JACK DEWAN, DEFENDANTS - APPELLEES.
Appeal from the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Virginia, at Norfolk. Raymond A. Jackson, District Judge. (CA-94-472-2).
Before Wilkinson, Niemeyer, and Luttig, Circuit Judges.
Appellant appeals from the district court's order denying relief on her 42 U.S.C. § 1983 (1988) complaint. We have reviewed the record and the district court's opinion and find no reversible error. Accordingly, we affirm on the reasoning of the district court. Chapman v. Western Tidewater Regional Jail, No. CA-94-472-2 (E.D. Va. June 15, 1995). We dispense with oral argument because the facts and legal contentions are adequately presented in the materials before the court and argument would not aid the decisional process.
