ORDER

The Recommendation of the United States Magistrate Judge was filed with the court in accordance with 28 U.S.C. ยง 636(b) and, on January 21, 2014, was served on the parties in this action. Plaintiff filed timely Objections (Docs. 84 through 87) to the Recommendation, and Defendants filed a Response (Doc. 90).

The court has reviewed those portions of the United States Magistrate Judge's Recommendation to which Plaintiff objected and has made a de novo determination. The court finds that the objections do not change the substance of the Recommendation (Doc. 82), which is affirmed and adopted.[1]

IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that Defendant's Motion for Summary Judgment (Doc. 73) is GRANTED and this ...
