         The Defendant is sentenced as provided in pages 2 through 8 of this judgment. The sentence is imposed pursuant to the Sentencing Reform Act of 1984, United States v. Booker, 125 S.Ct. 738 (2005), and 18 U.S.C. § 3553(a).

         [ ] The defendant has been found not guilty on count(s).

         [x] Count(s) 3, 4-16, 18-31 (is)(are) dismissed on the motion of the United States.

         IT IS ORDERED that the Defendant shall notify the United States Attorney for this district within 30 days of any change of name, residence, or mailing address until all fines, restitution, costs, and special assessments imposed by this judgment are fully paid. If ordered to pay monetary penalties, the defendant shall notify the court and United States attorney of any material change in the defendant's economic circumstances.

         IMPRISONMENT

         The defendant is hereby committed to the custody of the United States Bureau of Prisons to be imprisoned for a term of FIFTY ONE (51) MONTHS on each of counts 1, 2, and 17, all such terms to be served concurrently.

         [x] The Court makes the following recommendations to the Bureau of Prisons:

1. Placed in a facility as close to Long Beach, CA as possible, consistent with the needs of BOP.
2. Participation in any available educational and vocational opportunities.
3. Participation in any available mental health treatment programs as may be recommended by a Mental Health Professional.
4. Participation in any available substance abuse treatment program and if eligible, receive benefits of 18:3621(e)(2).
5. Participation in the Federal Inmate Financial Responsibility Program.

         [x] The Defendant is remanded to the custody of the United States Marshal.
