No. 16) in the United States District Court for the Western District of North Carolina, in favor of the United States of America and against the Defendant, Scott B. Davis, whose last known addresses are XXXXXX, XXXXX, XX XXXXX and XXXXXXX, XXXXX, XX XXXXX, in the sum of $25, 100.00. The balance on the account as of July 17, 2019 is $4, 442.79.

         THEREFORE, YOU ARE HEREBY COMMANDED to levy and/or execute on property and TD Bank, N.A. is commanded to turn over property, in a timely manner and no later than ninety days after the date of the issuance of this Writ of Execution, in which the Defendant, Scott B.
