         WRIT OF EXECUTION

         TO THE UNITED STATES MARSHAL and PCL Construction Enterprises, Inc.:

         A judgment was entered on February 03, 2003, (Doc No. 250) in the United States District Court for the Western District of North Carolina, in favor of the United States of America and against the Defendant, Jennifer Calloway, whose last known address is XXXXXXX, Centennial, Colorado XXXXX, in the sum of $800, 200.00. The balance on the account as of September 13, 2019 is $487, 107.96.

         THEREFORE, YOU ARE HEREBY COMMANDED to levy and/or execute on property and PCL Construction Enterprises, Inc. is commanded to turn over property, in a timely manner and no later than ninety days after the date of the issuance of this Writ of Execution, in which the Defendant, Jennifer Calloway, Social Security number XX-XX-5733, has a substantial nonexempt interest, the property being any and all funds located in PCL Construction Enterprises, Inc. accounts in the name of Jennifer Calloway, at the following address:
