         TO THE UNITED STATES MARSHAL and North Carolina Department of State Treasurer, Retirement Systems Division:

         A judgment was entered on August 12, 2019 (Doc No. 22) in the United States District Court for the Western District of North Carolina, in favor of the United States of America and against the defendant, Paula Alane Thomas, whose last known address is XXXXXXXXXXXXXX Charlotte, NC XXXXX, in the sum of $11, 100.00. The balance on the account as of October 21, 2019, is $10, 100.00.

         THEREFORE, YOU ARE HEREBY COMMANDED to levy and/or execute on property and North Carolina Department of State Treasurer, Retirement Systems Division, is commanded to turn over property, in a timely manner and no later than ninety (90) days after the date of the issuance of this Writ of Execution, in which the defendant, Paula Alane Thomas, Social Security number XXX-XX-7450, has a substantial nonexempt interest, the property being any and all funds located in any employee retirement accounts held in the name of the defendant, Paula Alane Thomas, by the North Carolina Department of State Treasurer, Retirement Systems Division, at the following address:
