          WRIT OF EXECUTION

         TO THE UNITED STATES MARSHAL and Wells Fargo Bank NA:

         An amended judgment was entered on April 24, 2019 (Doc No. 37) in the United States District Court for the Western District of North Carolina, in favor of the United States of America and against the Defendant, Roy Lee Brower, whose last known address is FMC Butner, XXXXXXXXXXXXXX, Butner, NC XXXXX, in the sum of $18, 100.00. The balance owing as of December 9, 2019, is $18, 050.00.

         THEREFORE, YOU ARE HEREBY COMMANDED to levy and/or execute on property and Wells Fargo Bank NA is commanded to turn over property, in a timely manner and no later than ninety (90) days after the date of the issuance of this Writ of Execution, in which the Defendant, Roy Lee Brower, Social Security number XXX-XX-5038, has a substantial nonexempt interest, the property being any and all funds located in any Wells Fargo Bank NA accounts, including, but not limited to, the checking account ending in number 3279, at the following address:

         YOU ARE FURTHER COMMANDED to turn over the net proceeds of the levied property to the United States Clerk of Court. The payment should be mailed to:

         YOU ARE FURTHER COMMANDED that the levy shall not exceed property reasonably equivalent in value to the balance on the account, $18, 050.00.
